As part of the release collateral for the new Samsung Galaxy S24 series, we created a sequence of Visit-in and EDM assets to trigger the excitement around the anticipated range. Customers eager to grab one of the smartphones in the AI-focused family could capitalise on an exclusive pre-order offer. This, in adjacency with the reasons to believe, created our playground to write engaging and excitable copy.


It was imperative to write with brevity to spark excitement among Samsung lovers. With the spotlight heavily positioned on the benefits of AI, we wanted to make the RTBs as relatable as possible, which meant steering away from any technical language and driving the image of everyday usage – like taking photos, content creation, multitasking, and work/play behaviour.
